Hi, I’m Vivian.
I created SCOLIOFITNESS™ after decades of navigating scoliosis with little support and conflicting advice — from being told to “wait and see” at age 10 to hearing “it’ll only get worse” as an adult.
But instead of accepting that story, I rewrote it.
With dual Master’s degrees and over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness space — including physical therapy for musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation, postural neurology, barre, yoga for scoliosis, personal training and corrective exercise, integrative health and nutrition, and nervous system regulation and more — I built a method that’s as scientific as it is soulful.
Today, I’ve helped women around the world reduce pain, avoid surgery, build strength, and finally feel at home in their bodies again.
Because this work isn’t just about posture.
